How to solve a case
Simple to learn. Hard to put down.
We start the game with a crime scene layout. Our goal is to deduce each suspect's position at the time of the crime and identify the killer.
Now we turn to the clues to solve the mystery. We know that Beatriz was by a window.
Therefore, she can only be in row 6, column 5. I select Beatriz and place her there. Here comes our golden rule: row 6 and column 5 can no longer hold any other character, since Beatriz already "fills" them.
Back to the clues… We know that Bruno was on a rug.
There are 2 rugs, so Bruno could be on either one. All hope lost? Not at all! Our golden rule applies: one rug is in column 5, already taken by Beatriz. So Bruno can only be on the other rug.
By following the clues, the rules, and pure logic, you will find every suspect's position — and at the end of that process, the killer becomes the only logical conclusion: the one who was alone with the victim in the same area.
